Hi, I’m Trevena, a certified life coach, NLP practitioner, and proud lesbian woman with a lifelong passion for helping other lesbian women thrive.
Tomboys and Tiaras and SAPPHOLOGY™ was created with one clear intention: to provide dedicated, empowering coaching sessions where lesbian women feel truly seen, supported, and celebrated, by a coach who truly ‘gets it’
Throughout my career, I’ve supported people from all walks of life to grow into the strongest, most empowered versions of themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that every person has unique strengths, values, and potential waiting to be discovered - and that we all deserve the chance to live from a place of happiness, purpose, and deep self-acceptance.
As someone who’s been part of the sapphic community since my teens, I know first hand the challenges of living authentically in a world that often misunderstands us. I also know the emotional toll it can take to constantly navigate feeling “different.” That’s why I’ve chosen to dedicate my work to helping lesbian women not just survive - but truly thrive.
Through my background in life coaching, NLP, success in my working environments and my continued studies in positive psychology with the Positive Psychology Guild, I combine real lived experiences with soul-deep connection. Whether it’s helping you identify your core strengths, clarify your values, or heal patterns that no longer serve you - my approach is holistic, compassionate, and tailored to support you.
